Ready to do more with less Hip Pain in 2024?

The Hip Pain Toolkit delivers a deep evidence-based understanding of what works. By the end of the course you will have the key tools to do more with less hip pain.👇👇 Click here to start watching 👇👇

About this course

I'm a hip and knee surgeon who gets hip pain.More than 1 in 5 of us will get hip or knee pain in our lives. My goal in this course is to give students the same evidence-based tools & information that I use to:1. Do more with less pain
2. Avoid hip replacement surgery
3. Build strong hips that last a lifetime.

The aim of this course is to provide a deep understanding of the key tools that 1000s of people use to do more of the things they love with less hip pain. The course will run for about an hour, delivering 10 explainer videos with accompanying content.Over the last 15 years, as a hip + knee surgeon, I’ve helped 1000s of people to do more with less pain.To help myself and my patients, I've had to learn a lot of new things:- How to build awareness of my hip pain
- How to understand where my pain is coming from
- How to judge the severity of my hip pain
- How to assess the evidence for what really works
- How to turn that into a deep understanding of hip pain
- How to apply that understanding to take the right action
- How to weigh that action against the option of hip replacement
- How to think about getting the timing of hip replacement right
- How to get the very best outcome from a hip replacement
- And a LOT more...
I’ve packaged everything I’ve learned along the way into the most straightforward, “fluff-free”, and logical course I could come up with on how to do more with less hip pain. Here's what 3 of the course videos look like:

The story of my own hip pain.Develop a clear understanding of where your hip pain is coming from: joint, muscle or nerve.Put your x-ray findings into context and define how your pain is affecting your everyday life.

Bodyweight + Muscle Strength.Understand and use the key tools to keep the forces passing through your hip well controlled.Reduce hip inflammation and do more with less pain.

What are artificial joints made out of?And more importantly what are the key questions to ask about hip replacement?:
- Lietime timing
- variation in risk
- implant reliability
