Hi, I'm Dan Williams, a hip & knee surgeon who gets hip pain.
I started Lifetime Hip & Knee to help 10,000 people do more with less pain.
More than 1 in 5 of us will get hip or knee pain. Our goal is to show people how to reduce pain and avoid surgery, for hips and knees that last a lifetime.Our team has performed 1000s of first time (primary) and revision hip and knee joint replacements.
